Who is eligible to join Care N’ Care?
Anyone who lives in Tarrant County and is entitled to Medicare Part A and enrolled in Medicare Part B can join Care N’ Care. Enrollment restrictions may apply. To learn more please contact your local Benefits consultant at (817) 810-5213 or TTY (817) 529-5268. Enroll Now.

Care N’ Care is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) with a Medicare contract that is renewed annually, and the availability of coverage beyond the end of the current year is not guaranteed. You are eligible to enroll in Care N’ Care if you are entitled to Medicare Part A and enrolled in Medicare Part B and you live in Tarrant County, Texas. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party. With some exceptions you can only enroll in Care N’ Care during certain times of the year, for more information on enrollment periods please contact our customer service department. With the exception of emergency or urgent care, it may cost more to get care from out-of-network providers.
