Care N’ Care is available to Tarrant County residents who are entitled to Medicare Part A and enrolled in Medicare Part B. As local doctors with a deep commitment to the community, we created two Medicare Advantage PPO plans to meet expectations for reliable coverage, affordability and convenience. Care N’ Care members have the option of using in-network providers or out-of-network providers. Please keep in mind that with the exception of emergency situations, you may pay more when using out-of-network providers.
