As a Compliance Officer, Elizabeth Scott oversees the Medicare operations (Care N’ Care) to ensure they remain in compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.

An accomplished executive with over 30 years of management-level experience in the Medicare Managed Care industry, with organization such as Centene, WellCare and Molina, Scott has extensive experience in government-sponsored health care programs, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Prior to joining Southwestern Health Resources/Care N’ Care, Scott held a Director role in Medicare Compliance for Centene. This role included developing and implementing a compliance internal audit team and being Regional Compliance Officer for three Medicare, Medicaid and Medicare-Medicaid plans.

Scott has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and a Master of Business Administration – both from Lindenwood University.
